In addition to Acciona, the engineering firm Sener Infraestructuras y Sistemas S.A. and IHCantabria are participating as technical assistance in this macro-project.

IHCantabria will carry out the probabilistic study of cyclones and tsunamis to verify the design parameters of the viaduct, very important effects taking into account the study area.

The new Cebu-Cordova Bridge (Philippines) is an 8.5 km cable-stayed bridge that will connect the industrial area of Cebu City with the new developments in Cordoba located on the island of Mactan. This is a 337 million euro project promoted by the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation (Metro Pacific Tollway) and will have a significant presence of Spanish engineering since the construction work has been awarded to the Cebu Link Joint Venture consortium formed by Acciona Infraestructuras and the local companies First Balfour Inc and DM Consunji Inc.

Work on the project is scheduled to begin this year and be completed in 2021.
