Research is one of the three main pillars on which IH Cantabria bases its activities. This research is organized in 5 year plans which are then submitted to an external evaluation in which all programmed activities are structured with a scientifically sound base. They apply the most advances tools and technologies while at the same time maintaining the necessary independence to affront highly important environmental and socio-economic problems.
